2020 has indeed been a wild ride, with many twists and turns along the way, with COVID 19 throwing the ultimate spanner in the works.
Yes indeed it was hard to say goodbye to the festival we had prepared for you on April 24-26, 2020.
We had intended to try again with The Sky Ball, the union of The Gum Ball with it’s little sister festival Dashville Skyline on the October Long Weekend, however with uncertainty still in the air, and public health and safety as our main concern, we must concede defeat and look forward to a fresh go at it in 2021.
We can now confirm that The Sky Ball 2020 cannot take place as originally intended, and instead The Gum Ball will move to it’s new dates – the 16th, 17th, and 18th April in 2021.
Those of you who had purchased tickets to either The Gum Ball 2020 or The Sky Ball 2020 will be contacted via email from Humanitix with information on what happens next. Please check out our FAQ’s section for further information and clarification.
