Trent comes with years of Executive Chef experience and a passion for organic produce and farm to fork dining. He lovingly tends to the Circa 1876 and Restaurant Eighty Eight onsite farmer’s gardens and chicken coop with our Head Gardener Damien, carefully curating the rows of crisp vegetables and delicate eggs that will become features on his menu.

Nestled amongst picturesque vineyards and filled with limitless whimsical charm and eclectic antiques, the original trust slab cottage dates back to 1876. French doors open onto the verandah and the enchanting mop top aisle garden. This venue is relaxed elegance at its best.
Adjacent to Circa 1876, and picture perfect – The Chapel is ideal for groups of up to 40 people. Originally built in 1888, this Welsh Baptist Chapel has been lovingly restored. Although not consecrated it is an ideal setting for private wedding receptions, cocktail functions and intimate dinners.
