We are the only cocktail bar in the Hunter Valley wine region with an extensive cocktail list and knowledgeable, passionate staff who can tell you all about the cocktails, history and the processes used to make certain spirits and other beverages.
On top of the extensive cocktail list there is a food menu that encourages sharing and our pizzas have been dubbed ‘the best in the Hunter’.
The 1920’s New York style décor, leather booth seating, or dine and drink at the bar option gives a sense of comfort and accessibility. Providing indoor and outdoor areas, relaxed dinning and a welcoming yet professional atmosphere, it is the perfect destination for an exciting get together, party, function or event. We are open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. In between lunch and dinner service we have a limited after hours menu available.
On Friday and Saturday nights we close no earlier than midnight and the rest of the week we close no earlier than 10pm with our kitchen opening hours as follows:

At Goldfish Bar & Kitchen our aim is to provide our clientele with a down to earth, laid back dining experience. We describe our cuisine as refined-rustic; with flavour combinations from Italian, French and Spanish cuisine with a hint of Asian influence.
Unlike conventional restaurants we promote and encourage a share style approach to dining and ordering. Allow the kitchen to take control of your dining experience by selecting multiple dishes for the table to graze on. We will send the food out progressively and in a manner that best suits the flavour progression of your selected dishes. From the morsels and share plates right up to “community” dishes (designed for large groups) to share with preferred sides.
Through sourcing the best local, national and international produce our menu is focused on presenting dishes that everyone can identify with. From comfort food to the more refined dishes on the menu – there is something for everyone.
